Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Little & Wise, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange

* The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

* All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

* The return/exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

Return & Exchange Charges

A flat fee of ₹150 will be applicable for all customer-initiated returns or exchanges. This amount covers reverse pickup and shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

* Damaged during transit

* Defective

* Incorrectly shipped by us

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order details.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

* The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

* The item is returned without original tags or packaging.

* The damage is caused by misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence.

* The product has been customized or personalized.

* The return request is raised after the 3-day return window.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return and a ₹150 cancellation/return charge will apply.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, the refund (after applicable charges, if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
